Mike and Brian are joined by Juan J. Baños, CEO of B.R. & Co. Building. Like many other contractors, Juan grew up with a father in construction. But, unlike most contractors – and most businesses for that matter, they have a clear understanding of who they are and where they’re going as an organization. Their “Why” – They exist to champion peoples’ value and interest in order for them to build lives of significance and they use the vehicle of construction to get there. B.R. & Co. is literally changing the construction space in Southern California and they’re growing rapidly. With just around 30 employees around 10 years ago, they’re now at 150 employees and still growing.  If you’re interested in creating something “bigger”, then you’ve got to listen to Juan. He’s changing peoples lives and growing an empire.
