Getting his start as a loan officer in 2005 during the real estate boom, he learned quickly the high highs and the low lows of the real estate industry – especially when 2007 and 2008 hit. Learning a ton as he went, he got his real estate license, and started flipping homes, making connections with key contractors to help support that model. That business quickly morphed into commercial development in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
